Tasting from 24.05.2024: Peter Moser

Strong onion skin pink, copper coloured reflections, delicate mousse. Nuances of prune and bergamot, subtle herbal savouriness, a hint of Underberg bitters. Nutty on the palate, dark nougat and Turkish delight, relatively sweet on the finish, opulent style with a rancio umami finish.
