The white wine »im Einklang« Grauburgunder trocken, vintage 2023 from the winery Bioweingut Missbach has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grauburgunder from the region Baden in Germany.
Laid back on the nose, with aromas of smoke and delicate roasted notes, pear, pear compote, tangy red apple and herbs. Emphatically dry and classy on the palate with a delicate texture and tangy apple fruit, finely dosed phenolics on a compact structure, with hints of minerality. Everything is "in harmony".
