Tasting Notes
A savoury opening on the nose, yellow curry, tangerine, orange. In the mouth the wine has core and depth, still seems quite closed, but the density of the extract and its mineral energy give the wine further potential for ageing.
More about the tastingFirst impression, curry and sandalwood, cumin and lemon balm. Smooth, almost creamy onset, but then full-bodied and energised by fresh acidity. Salty. Dense and structured, the savouriness on the finish is even more delicate than on the nose.
