An ethereal lift of fried yarrow precedes tart cranberry fruit on the nose which starts to have the first stirrings of undergrowth. The palate is intense yet translucent, there is much concentration and a core of sweeter, vivid red berry fruit, with that lovely ethereal touch of herb always present.
