A hint of ash, tar and liquorice plays about the nose where crunchy red fruit is smoky and bold. The palate, on the other hand, is tender, vivid with tart, bright and luminous red fruit that carries white pepper and lifted notes of dried herbs. This is supple and translucent and oh so evocative.
