Inviting fruity fresh bouquet with notes of ripe apricot, apple and citrus fruits. There are also floral hints and an elegant ethereal freshness. Elegant attack on the palate, fine minerality, slightly salty from the start, lots of citrus fruit, a hint of liquorice and yellow fruit. Long finish.
