Tasting Notes

Tasting from 10.02.2017: Peter Moser und Ulrich Sautter

Dark ruby, purple reflections, delicate bright rim. Somewhat restrained bouquet, nice fine oak spice, subtle fresh orange zest, cherry, and tobacco nuances. Full-bodied on the palate, elegant texture, fine tannins, black berry fruit with good fruit on the finish, gentle nougat, and with a salty aftertaste. It persists well, is a multi-faceted food wine with clear ageing potential, and it has a hint of petit verdot in the aftertaste.
