Tasting Notes

92
Tasting from 10.02.2017: Peter Moser und Ulrich Sautter

Bright golden yellow. Fresh yellow tropical fruit aromas underlaid with fine meadow herbs, a hint of peach, vanilla and lime zest. Juicy, elegant, pleasant fruit sweetness, creamy texture, a hint of caramel, freshly structured, delicately salty minerality on the finish, good length, a multi-faceted food companion.
