Light vermilion with orange reflections. Quince, orange blossom, powerful on the palate, smoothly grounded, well-integrated acidity, sweet palate fruit, smooth and balanced powerful, round and homogeneous, a very individual rosé, full-bodied and aromatic, a rosé as a food companion, with suckling pig Majorcan style, or with sausages and cheeses.
