Tasting from 28.05.2019: Ulrich Sautter, Peter Moser

Smells like a Black Forest gateau at first, then herbal tones mingle with the chocolate-accented fruit. Very finely extracted on the palate, despite the strong alcohol, the predominant palate impression remains juiciness and mineral tones. A good accompaniment to rather elegant meat dishes, such as suckling pig.
