The red wine Finca Canal Uco, Paraje Altamira, vintage 2021 from the winery Bodega Zuccardi has been rated in 2025 by Peter Moser with 96 Falstaff points.
Dark ruby, purple reflections. Smoky, savoury blackberry, nuances of plums, figs and a hint of nougat, candied orange zest. Taut, chocolatey, ripe tannins, complex, fine blueberry notes, shows length with a sweet finish. Still needs a little time, certainly has ageing potential.
