Tasting Notes
Slightly animal in the nose, meat soup, but also white pepper, mint, fresh wild blueberry. Grainy tannins and a hint of sweetness, rich palate fruit and spicy, almost menthol-like finish notes, still youthful and compact. A robust, but also substantial wine.
More about the tastingStrong ruby garnet, violet reflections, delicate edge brightening. Dark berry confit underlaid with some precious wood spice, fine nougat nuances, a hint of candied orange zest, delicate tobacco notes. Juicy, elegant, fine acid structure, red berry fruit on the finish, integrated tannins, mineral aftertaste, good food companion.
