Tasting Notes
Viura, Malvasia. Unconventional aroma, almost vegetable-like, fennel, mild and slightly viscous on the palate, clear wood presence, aromatically rather restrained here, creaminess and mild acidity give the wine a more opulent appearance than the alcohol content (12.5% by volume) would lead one to expect. The amalgam of alcohol and fullness is quite interesting, even if the wine remains difficult to grasp aromatically.
