Tasting from 30.06.2011: Peter Moser

88 % Tempranillo, 8 % Mazuelo, 4 % Graciano. Ripe ruby. Sweet spice, balsamic fruit, porcini mushroom broth, lots of cedar wood, red bell pepper powder, ripe and pickled red berries. Elegant, full-bodied palate with enormous intensity and length, fine acidity, delicate sweetness, fine tart tannins, intense, long-lasting fruit, pleasantly mineral. Quite a lot of wood, but it can take it, especially with food.
