Tasting from 17.10.2019: Benjamin Herzog & Dominik Vombach

Ripe dark berry on the nose, along with cocoa, liquorice, plum confit and blackberry. On the palate it is fresh and elegant, is juicy and has a nice structure. Tannins are noticeable but ripe. It has a long fruity-mineral finish.
