Tasting from 13.07.2017: Ulrich Sautter

Strong new wood, citric, coca cola, cherry. Linear structure on the palate, soft base, crumbly-grainy tannin, lots of power and volume, tightly integrated alcohol, the new wood dominates again on the finish. Some sweetness over everything.
