Tasting from 21.11.2019: Gerhild Burkard, Benjamin Herzog

Silvery white gold with green reflections. Delicate fruity notes of pear, Reine Claude plum, grapefruit with a touch of bay leaf. Silky mousse, elegant mouthfeel, very dry, well-integrated acidity and extract. Good drinking flow, subtle bitter note of dandelion leaves in the aftertaste. Good aperitif.
