Silver-coloured white gold. Delicate bouquet of lemon balm, elderflower and fruity reine claude plum, some buttercream. Tart notes of bitter almond on the palate with a subtle mousse and balanced acidity, with a salty undertone. A lightweight for mild summer evenings.
