Pale golden yellow, with aromas of dried mango, peach, flowers and candied citrus fruit on the nose, as well as hazelnuts, white flowers and some herbs. Elegant on the palate, with a velvety yet lively mousse, crisp acidity and minerality. Long finish with fruity notes.
