Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections. Floral nuances, red cherries, a hint of violets and candied orange zest. Complex on the palate, blackberryish texture, a hint of dried herbs, deep, endowed with fine minerality and elegant sweetness on the finish, blueberryish confit in the aftertaste, salty finish, peppery echo, already accessible, has certain ageing potential.
