Ripe, elegant bouquet with notes of dried dark berries, plum and cherry. Also hints of liquorice, mocha and soy sauce. Full-bodied on the palate, with taut acidity and a beautiful texture. Polished tannins, medium-long finish with a hint of cinnamon.
