Deep dark ruby garnet with purple reflections and subtle edge brightening. Fine tobacco savouriness, delicate hints of blackberry, dark minerality, candied orange zest and a hint of eucalyptus: an inviting bouquet. Taut, elegant palate with fine herbal notes, integrated tannins, tightly woven acidity, subtle cherry notes and blackberry fruit on the finish. A safe food companion.
