Dark ruby with purple reflections, delicately brighter at the edge. Fine tobacco savouriness, a hint of mint, ground pepper, delicate notes of ripe plum and fine oak nuances: a multi-faceted bouquet. Taut, complex, with hints of blackberry and Powidel (plum jam). Chocolaty aftertaste to this multi-layered food companion, and a long finish. Definite ageing potential.
