Tasting Notes

Tasting from 15.07.2015

Blackberry and herbal tones, juniper, rosemary, soft and round on the palate, only sticky in the transition to the finish and increasing in tannin effect. Herbal finish. Very mild acidity - this and the crumbly tannins make the wine somewhat broad.
