Tasting from 09.09.2015

Closed, with hints of varietal spice, white Traminer proximity is clear, some candied pineapple, peppery, poivre long, becomes more peppery in the glass, slightly viscous in the approach, full-bodied, tactile-mineral continuation. Compact, densely concentrated palate, a hint of green phenols, spicy and fruity finish, structurally very good length, tight and very extract-laden.
