Tasting from 01.11.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright, brightening straw yellow, sparkling. Strong nose of citrus fruit, lemon, grapefruit, underpinned by fine stony notes, light floral notes, with slight hints of stone fruit. Clear, pronounced fruit and light salinity on the palate, very aromatic, comes in several waves, delicately bitter finish. Best to aerate before drinking.
