Tasting Notes
Dark, baroque ruby. In the nose earthy, truffle and white mushrooms, black currant and undertones of blackberry and chalky notes. A palate with juicy core, salty fruit and clear direction. Good concentration, already drinking very well, has developed splendidly. Will be even better with one more year bottle ageing.
More about the tastingDark luminous ruby core. Very restrained nose, almost no expression. A palate with loosely knit tannins, light salty texture and a touch drying on the finish.
