Tasting Notes
Bright ruby red. In the nose fragrant red berry fruit and rather intense vanilla spice from new wood and savoury hints of mushrooms. On the palate a polished core, showing gripping, noticeable new wood tannins, salty texture and some attractive ripe fruit. Then unfortunately a touch too drying on the finish.
