Bright, brilliant silver-grey with straw-yellow shimmer. Salty minerality on the nose with cool fruit, especially green apple, elegant and restrained. Vibrant and juicy on the palate, more cool fruit, mineral undertone, good breadth with well integrated mousse and acidity. Brilliant, energetic finish.
