A bright straw yellow with a silver sheen, an elegant mousse. An intriguing nose, subtle reductive notes, flint, lemon, apple and fleur de sel. Elegant and harmonious on the palate, a delicate texture and a lively acidity, lingers well, a salty finish - very enjoyable!
