Tasting from 26.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Brilliant, bright cherry red with orange reflections. Herbaceous bouquet of spruce shoots and undergrowth, cranberry and sloe, also a hint of wet stone. Builds up a wiry framework, youthful tannins, very taut with juicy freshness, somewhat smoothing on the finish.
