The sparkling wine Truffle Hunter Asti DOCG Dolce from the winery Bosio Family Estates has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 88 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Moscato from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Bright, flint lemon yellow. Aroma of ripe peaches and melon, paired with fine acacia honey. Hits the palate with a rich fruit texture, shows good mousse, very sweet, but with a certain juiciness, echoes with rich tropical fruit.
