Tasting from 26.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright garnet with a transparent core. Opens discreetly on cardamom and roasted aromas, then dates and ripe red currants, with a hint of cayenne pepper. Powerful on the palate, wiry and somewhat rustic on the palate, with a full-bodied finish that is quite drying and savoury.
