Tasting from 01.06.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Ripe fruit on the nose with apricot and apple to the fore. Some flowers and also almond and a little pear emerge with time. It's more citrus-oriented on the palate with green apple in the mix, and gives a lean, juicy and lively impression thanks to the acidity which knows where it wants to go. The measured pithiness is good at the snack table.
