Tasting from 17.02.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Ripe raspberry on the nose, also raspberry confit, strawberry and red cherry, also vegetal notes, spices such as cardamom. Exhibits the characteristics of a Spätlese with plenty of volume and power, the alcohol is well integrated, the tannins are soft, the residual sweetness ensures harmony, somewhat tart on the finish. Has substance, also goes well with strong braised dishes such as ossobuco.
