Tasting Notes
Fresh on the nose, with notes that are more yeasty and herbal than fruity. There's even a hint of Keuper rock. On the palate the wine proves to be light in alcohol, medium-bodied in extract, and with a rather restrained acidity and well-integrated sweetness creating good length that emphasises the fruit.
