Tasting Notes
Medium yellow green colour, silver reflections. Delicate nuances of roasted notes, white fruit with a fine yeasty touch of peach, hints of pink grapefruit, notes of redcurrants, yet a rather subtle bouquet. Complex and deep, pronounced in fruit texture, very well integrated acidity, pleasant fruit on the palate, mineral, stylistically comparable to the best wines of the Loire, subtle herbal savouriness on the finish.
