Tasting from 22.04.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright, pale silver with a somewhat restrained mousse. Intense nose with notes of acacia blossom and banana, with a little apricot in the background. Juicy on the palate, unfurls well, has a lovely suppleness, and lingers through to the finish.
