Tasting from 19.04.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright, radiant yellow, green hints and a persistent mousse. An inviting and fragrant nose, very fresh and approachable with notes of juicy lime, grapefruit, hints of pineapple, banana candy, crisp apple and peach. Well-balanced on the palate and full-bodied with beautiful crisp fruit and a radiant core, juicy with a pleasant mousse and a lingering finish.

More about the tasting

Light grey-yellow, in colour with a fine-grained and persistent mousse. Intense impression on the nose, with yellow peach, pear yoghurt, and white flowers at the end. The palate is rich, with ripe fruit, a delicate mousse and well-integrated acidity, shows tension, with a saline finish.
