Der Verzicht auf jeglichen Eingriff am Wein während dem Ausbau im Eichenfass sowie der Verzicht auf das Filtrieren vor dem Abfüllen, machen aus diesem Pinot Noir eine Spezialiät mit besonderem Charakter. Leicht getrübt durch die Restsedimente vom Eichenfass erkennt man sofort: ein authentischer, naturnaher Tropfen.

Concentrated fruit aromas on the nose with notes of raspberry, sour cherry and redcurrant. Also hints of allspice and clove. Soft on the palate at the start, clear cherry and berry fruit, ripe acidity, fine, slightly clinging tannins, long finish.
