Ripe, elegant nose with candied citrus fruit, apple notes, caramel, subtle cinnamon, plus pastry nuances. Beautifully broad on the palate, salty right from the start, with notes of dried apple, pithy acidity and a juicy finish.

Medium golden yellow. Caramel, some tobacco, ripe citrus fruit, a little honey and apple on the nose. Characterised by a fine, persistent mousse on the palate. Shows notes of gooseberry and yellow stone fruit, again apple. Finishes juicily and lingers for a long time.
