Tasting from 01.01.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright, rich ruby red with a brightening core. On the nose, rosehips, raspberries, juicy cherries, grape juice, plus fine lemony tones, a little cold smoke at the back, reminiscent of shortbread. The palate has a sweet texture, a certain juiciness and spiciness, is well-balanced, clean and with powerful tannins on the finish.
