Bright straw yellow with a drop of light gold. Somewhat reserved on the nose, sage, citrus and yeast, with a subtle aftertaste of orange blossom. Sparse on the palate, citrusy, with taut acidity, a clean and slightly salty finish, somewhat anonymous.
