The sparkling wine Cuvée dei Frati Metodo Classico VSQ Extra Brut from the winery Ca' dei Frati has been rated in 2024 by Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Turbiana, Chardonnay from the region Lombardia in Italy.
Brilliant straw yellow with hints of greenish gold and a fine mousse. Delicately fragrant on the nose, with notes of fresh white bread and tropical fruit on the finish. A very juicy mousse on the palate, with crisp acidity and good tension.
