Bright, savoury straw yellow with a flint core. On the nose, Parmesan crust, crisp apple, juicy pineapple and fine lemon. On the palate with a great texture and beautiful harmony, clear fruit and balanced acidity, drinks very well, beautifully juicy in the background.
