Tasting from 18.02.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Rich, deep dark ruby. Opens with notes of flint, then ginger, ripe raspberries and plums. Grippy, firm tannins on the palate, becomes decidedly dry as it progresses, unfortunately bold on the finish, needs an enormous amount of time.
