Tasting from 30.09.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright straw yellow with pale gold and persistent mousse. Complex and rich on the nose, of ripe apricot, pear, reminiscent of banana and delicately roasted almond, with a yeast aftertaste. On the palate, it has a rich structure and dense texture, spreads out with presence, bone-dry and with a lot of drive, clean finish.
