Tasting from 13.09.2024: Ulrich Sautter

Smoke on the nose, wild berries, pomegranate, beet, damp earth, forest leaves, dark nougat chocolate. Beginning with savouriness, dark chocolate that is infused with acidity and lifts the delicate fruit, dense, grippy tannins. Fresh and juicy on the finish. It is a good value and very gastronomic Burgundy.
