Delicate salmon pink colour. Red berries on the nose, with aromatic citrus fruit, smoky yeast notes, hazelnut and some pastry. Rather lean on the palate with subtle fruit sweetness and crisp acidity, medium-fine mousse. Berry notes reappear on the juicy finish.
