Pale straw yellow with silver reflections and a light mousse. Fresh white tropical fruit, a hint of cherimoya, some watermelon and a touch of lime zest on the nose. The palate is lean, with white pome fruit, a subtle fruit sweetness and an integrated acidity. There's a hint of pineapple and blossom honey in the aftertaste. (Disgorged 10/23, PM).
